Dalat Palace Golf Club

Dalat is quite different from anywhere else you’ll visit in Vietnam. With a high elevation, mountain scenery and a cool climate, golfers who visit will enjoy this historical city.

Overlooking the famous Xuan Huong Lake, Dalat Palace Golf Club was designed initially by a French Architect, and was brought to life by Vietnam’s last Emperor Bao Dai throughout the 1920s. The course opened and closed throughout the next 70 years in concert with ensuing political events. In 1994, a multi-million dollar restoration project took place. Since that time, the course has gone from strength to strength, cementing its place officially as Vietnam’s leading course, but also as one of the leading courses in the whole of Asia.

The championship 18 hole, 7,009 yard, par 72 course has been expertly crafted into Dalat’s mountainous setting through stately pine trees creating a naturally challenging golfing environment. The course is an uninterrupted string of inventive, demanding golf holes. Dalat Palace is the most highly awarded course in Vietnam and attracts international golfing enthusiasts.

Dalat Palace Resort is a living testament to a bygone era. The resort sets the scene for the entire golf course and has been restored to its former style in the modern Art Deco trend of the late 30s.
